Ocean Infinity is seeking a UI Designer position.  This role is involved in the design process – from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes – helping imagine how people will experience our software and design the look and feel of the respective interfaces. This role works closely with the engineering and the design team to deliver a highly polished product

Reports to: Visual Effects Team – Design Team Leader


What will you do:

  • Help the team with the creation of user flows and wireframes, to define how the user navigates and interacts with the product;
  • Take the mid and low fidelity designs and refine them aesthetically into a product joyful and easy to interact with;
  • Communicate designs to a variety of design, engineering, and stakeholder audiences;
  • Assist during the development and user testing process to identify improvement areas;
  • Contribute to the improvement of our design practices.


Who you are:

  • Proven ability and experience in design. Show us your best work with a strong design sensibility and articulate storytelling;
  • Experience in designing usable interfaces;
  • Good knowledge of design frameworks;
  • Proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator );
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing);
  • Interested in the others and strives for the best for the team;
  • Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company’s purpose;
  • Critical thinking and ability to show initiative;
  • Open and receptive to new and different ideas;
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently;
  • Enthusiastic about protecting people and the planet.



  • Experience with Figma or similar tools;
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence;
  • Experience collaborating with a team of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process.
