Ocean Infinity is seeking a Tender Manager for its growing team that handles all tenders within the company and works in close collaboration with the Global Business Development Team.


Work Country: United Kingdom, Portugal or Sweden

Work Location: Hybrid

Division/Department: Commercial

Reports to: Lead Tender Manager



What will you do:

  • Writing and calculating tenders for our projects;
  • Understanding of scopes of work, execution, calculations and co-ordination of expertise and tasks required for tender documentation;
  • Lead the tender negotiations;
  • Support in the contractual negotiations from receipt of tender to contract award.



Who you are:

  • 5 years’ industry experience;
  • Experience of tendering for survey operations Offshore renewable industry and/or the Oil and Gas sector;
  • Experience of Geotechnical and/or Geophysical survey operations Strong understanding of quality management such as standards, regulations and applicable policies and procedures;
  • Good practical experience with office tools: MS Office, Google Drive, Teams, e-mail, among others;
  • Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious;
  • Interested in others and strives for the best for the team;
  • Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills;
  • Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company’s purpose;
  • Critical thinking and ability to show initiative;
  • Open and receptive to new and different ideas;
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently;
  • Enthusiastic about protecting people and the planet.


Desirable:

  • Experience with AUVs
