Ocean Infinity is seeking a Tender Manager for its growing team that handles all tenders within the company and works in close collaboration with the Global Business Development Team.

Reports to: Lead Tender Manager
What will you do:
- Writing and calculating tenders for our projects;
- Understanding of scopes of work, execution, calculations and co-ordination of expertise and tasks required for tender documentation;
- Lead the tender negotiations;
- Support in the contractual negotiations from receipt of tender to contract award.
Who you are:
- 5 years’ industry experience;
- Experience of tendering for survey operations Offshore renewable industry and/or the Oil and Gas sector;
- Experience of Geotechnical and/or Geophysical survey operations Strong understanding of quality management such as standards, regulations and applicable policies and procedures;
- Good practical experience with office tools: MS Office, Google Drive, Teams, e-mail, among others;
- Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious;
- Interested in others and strives for the best for the team;
- Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills;
- Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company’s purpose;
- Critical thinking and ability to show initiative;
- Open and receptive to new and different ideas;
- Ability to work well in a team and independently;
- Enthusiastic about protecting people and the planet.
Desirable:
- Experience with AUVs
