Ocean Infinity is seeking a dedicated Project Document Controller to join our team. As a Project Document Controller, you’ll play a key role in supporting the projects in maintaining documentation quality and standards. Your attention to detail and commitment will be instrumental in ensuring all project related documents are in harmony with our guidelines, policies, and our clients’ specific needs.

What will you do:
As the Project Document Controller at Ocean Infinity, your role will be multifaceted, requiring both an acute attention to detail and the capacity to support the project team. Here’s an overview of your core responsibilities and daily activities:
- Project Documentation & Standards:
- Manage document naming, format reviews, storage, and revision history for commercial project deliveries.
- . Implement and monitor project documentation standards to ensure alignment with benchmarks and client specifications.
- SharePoint Management:
- Administer SharePoint for efficient control of project documents.
- Assist with SharePoint-related queries, training, and support for team members.
- Communication & Client Relations:
- Act as a liaison between the Project & Reporting team and clients on documentation matters.
- Ensure that documents dispatched to clients are also shared with the pertinent vessels and project personnel throughout a project’s duration.
- Document Review & Quality Control:
- Engage in regular quality reviews, ensuring every document upholds the project’s format and revision standards.
- Track and manage document revisions and version control to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Training & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with project participants to provide insights and training on document handling.
- Facilitate inter-departmental alignment, ensuring the consistency of Project & Reporting tasks.
In your day-to-day, you can expect to keep documentation standards, be well versed in SharePoint functionalities, engage in communications with clients and team members, and be crucial for maintaining the quality and consistency of project documents.
