Ocean Infinity is seeking an Early Careers Lead to join our Training and Competence team in the People and Culture department. As the Early Careers Lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing early careers programmes for the company, including internships, apprenticeships, and graduate schemes. Reporting to the Training and Competence Lead, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify early career talent needs and develop tailored programs to attract and retain top talent.

What will you do:
- Developing and managing early careers programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and graduate schemes;
- Working closely with the training and competence lead to ensure that the company’s Early Careers programs are aligned with the training and development needs of the organization;
- Working closely with the regions and business functions to align the programmes with the talent demands and workforce planning of the organisation;
- Building relationships with universities and other educational institutions to attract top talent;
- Attending career fairs and school recruitment events with regions and business functions;
- Supporting regions and business functions in school recruitment activities;
- Working closely with the Communications & Branding team, develop employer branding targeting early career employees;
- Creating training and development programmes to support early career employees;
- Supporting internal stakeholders in identifying early career talent needs;
- Planning the intakes of various early career programmes based on short-term and long-term business needs;
- Evaluating the success of early career programmes and making improvements as needed.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, early careers development, or a related field;
- Enjoys working with graduates and universities;
- Understand the employee value proposition and know how to attract early career employees;
- Good presentation skills and ability to tell a story to visualise the vision of the company;
- Good understanding of different cultures and ability to communicate well with different stakeholders;
- Good planning and organizational skills;
- Good practical experience with office tools: MS Office, Google Drive, Teams, e-mail, among others;
- Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious;
- Interested in others and strives for the best for the team;
- Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work;
- Ability to work as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company’s purpose;
- Critical thinking and ability to show initiative;
- Open and receptive to new and different ideas;
- Enthusiastic about protecting people and the planet.
Desirable:
- Experience developing and managing international early careers programs;
- Experience in assessment, recruitment and interview;
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives;
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to early careers programs;
- CIPD or other relevant qualification;
- Experience with e-learning platforms and LMS systems.
