Ocean Infinity recently launched of a new pioneering marine robots, the Armada fleet.
Ocean Infinity’s Armada fleet will be the largest fleet of unmanned surface robots and most environmentally sustainable company in the industry. The robotic vessels’ ground-breaking hybrid technology is crucial in offering a significant reduction in CO2 emissions.
Armada’s fleet will be controlled and operated by experienced mariners via satellite communications from state-of-the-art onshore facilities, which removes the need for a host vessel. This will produce up to 90% less CO2 than other conventional survey vessels, making it the most environmentally sustainable company in the industry.
Ocean Infinity is driven to innovate by a desire to further reduce our impact on the environment and the time people spend at sea. The pioneering technology makes our operations world leading in terms of environmental sustainability - the unmanned robotic technology has unrivalled environmental credentials. The launch of Armada is a perfect example of Ocean Infinity’s desire to innovate across everything it does, in order to be the most environmentally sustainable business possible.
Not only does the Armada fleet mean a drastically reduced carbon footprint, but it provides accurate results quickly.
